1) To expose with the goal of cooperation with the PARTS of us that fear.

2) To change the meaning of our fears without using force, such as using positive affirmations in the HOPES of it working.

3) To implement the act of surrendering to any childhood belief that needs an update, therefore not feeding into it. Surrender doesn’t mean give into, it means to no longer be led by.
