More often than not we believe that an initial feeling is law and we must abide by its perceptions. The truth is that those initial feelings that lead the mind and body into chaos and health anxiety are coming from the parts of you that simply want to project an attitude of ‘better safe than sorry.’
Better to project threat, rather than potentially pay the price for projecting safety…
Soon enough, these same anxious feelings become practice opportunities to lead our inner child to new perceptions and not the very thing we must act in accordance with.
